Returns & Refunds

Fine-art prints on canvas are accepted for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original unused condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A full refund is issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. For original paintings, all sales are final unless the work arrives damaged — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

ניתן להחזיר הדפסי פיין-ארט על קנבס תוך 14 ימים מקבלת המוצר, בתנאי שהמוצר במצב מקורי ולא נעשה בו שימוש. עלויות המשלוח בהחזרה הן באחריות הלקוח בלבד. לאחר קבלת ההחזרה ובדיקתה, יבוצע החזר כספי מלא. לציורים מקוריים — כל המכירות הן סופיות, אלא אם העבודה הגיעה פגומה. במקרה כזה, יש לפנות אלינו תוך 48 שעות מקבלת המשלוח עם צילומים.
